Charles GouinChuck Gouin is a native of Rockville Maryland and currently resides in White Marsh, Maryland. Chuck graduated from Our Lady Of Good Counsel High School in 1993, Frostburg State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Management in 1997,and Florida Institute of Technology in 2009 with a Master's of Science in Supply Chain Management. Chuck is a logistics and supply chain consultant to the Department Of Defense based out of Aberdeen Proving Grounds, and has been on contract to the Department of Defense for 7 years. For the past 4years as a Maryland Realtor, Chuck has actively assisted both military civilian and contractors moving into the Northern Maryland area (Baltimore,Harford,and Cecil counties)due to Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC)efforts.
