Good day. My name is Jim Rowell and I am a Realtor with Prudential Ridgeway Realty here in the Metro DC area.

I was first licensed in November 1978 and I am currently licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. I have been through every kind of market and interest rate/credit crunch issue so my experience definitely has served my clients very well.

I am originally from the South Florida (Fort Lauderdale/Miami) area.

My undergraduate degree is from the University of Kentucky in Business and Economics and a double minor in Mathematics and Labor Relations. I did graduate work in Business and Economics at Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia.

I have been active in various aspects of the Real Estate Industry since 1978. I also managed a few offices for two multi billion in sales real estate companies.

I have trained many of the top agents in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia areas.

My business philosophy is geared around total customer care and the fact that while homes are where people live and raise their families it is also 90% of the time their most valuable and expensive investment. I see it as such and like any investment I try to educate folks as to the best way to consider treating that investment.

I pride myself in that I move at the speed and motivation of my customers. I am not a pressure sales person as I do not see myself as a sales person. My clients buy and sell their homes. I negotiate, facilitate, and make it happen for the best price, in the best time frame, with the least hassle.
