Toby Clark
Patricia, who goes by the nickname "Toby," has been a licensed realtor since 1981, has worked with first-time buyers, new home purchasers, the move-up market, the scale-down retirees, as well as military and business transferees. She is an experienced sales manager and agent trainer and holds the designation of Graduate Realtors Institute. Toby lives in southern Charles County in Swan Point, a marina and golf community, where she does most of her real estate business. She believes that it is important to know your market, specialize in it, and provide superior service. Originally from Long Island, NY, Toby and her husband, Bob, have lived in Maryland for over 40 years. He is a retired Air Force pilot and presently a dedicated golfer, as well as an able helper in Toby's real estate activities. Toby is active in the Swan Point community (Garden Club, Christmas House Tour Chairman, Bridge Club), and attends the historic Christ Church, Wayside.
